Our policy lasts 5 days, starting from the day your item arrived. If 5 days has gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
Shipping costs is not refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery
To return your product, please email us at email@example.com along with your order number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 weeks. Please note that only the price of the product bought is refunded, the shipping cost from your order will be kept as a restocking fee. If there is no shipping cost from your order, we will keep a minimum of $20 for the restocking fee.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not offer exchanges for sizes. Please double check you have selected the correct size before confirming your order.
If your package is sent back to the sender due to incorrect address, you will be asked to pay the shipping cost for it to be returned back to you.
Please double check you have input the correct address to avoid this issue.
